Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele werkzaamheden rondom het inkoopproces. Door korte lijntjes met leveranciers zorg jij ervoor dat inkooporders geplaatst, opgevolgd en nageleefd worden. Als inkoper is geen dag hetzelfde. Het inkoopteam is namelijk niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de administratieve kant van het inkoopproces maar ook voor de communicatie. Je komt te werken in een enthousiast en klein team, waar alle ruimte is om bij te leren en jouw kwaliteiten verder te ontwikkelen. Sinds 1968 is Michel Oprey pionier in de branche op het gebied van natuursteen en keramiek. Bij ons vind je de mooiste materialen, de meest unieke designs en de beste kwaliteit. Onze producten zijn terug te vinden in de meest bijzondere projecten, maar ook in vele woningen en tuinen in heel Nederland, België, Luxemburg, Duitsland en Frankrijk. Naast onze vestiging in Echt hebben wij nog een vestiging in Vianen. Wat ga je doen als inkoopmedewerker? - Je zorgt voor de administratieve afhandeling van de verschillende inkooptaken. - Je onderhoudt contact met (internationale) leveranciers over de producten, prijzen en levertijden. - Je zet klantorders om naar bestellingen en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je controleert proforma facturen. - Je volgt de logistieke flow van container en vrachtwagen bestellingen en stuurt bij waar nodig. - Je bouwt gestaag productkennis op, en draagt bij in de bepaling van het assortiment. - Je werkt complexe aanvragen uit in een offerte. - Je bent een kennisbaken voor onze interne organisatie met vragen over producten, prijzen, voorraden.
