Dan is de functie Medewerker Inkoop bij De Wever iets voor jou! Je zorgt ervoor dat alles wat onze teams nodig hebben om goede zorg te leveren, op tijd en correct geregeld is. Je komt terecht in een klein professioneel team waarin je goed wordt ingewerkt en waar ruimte is om te leren en te groeien. Als Medewerker Inkoop ondersteun je de organisatie bij het inkopen van gebruiks- en verbruiksgoederen, investeringsgoederen en diensten. Je zorgt dat onze zorgteams en ondersteunende diensten kunnen rekenen op tijdige, correcte en doelmatige leveringen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen het inkoopteam en met interne klanten in de organisatie. Samen zorgen jullie voor een soepel lopend inkoopproces - van aanvraag tot levering en contractbeheer. Je bent administratief sterk, nauwkeurig en communicatief vaardig. Daarnaast vind je het leuk om te werken in een omgeving waar je echt iets bijdraagt aan het welzijn van anderen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het administratief verwerken van bestellingen en contracten; - Het ondersteunen bij inkooptrajecten en contractmanagement; - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en interne klanten; - Het bijhouden van prijsafspraken; - Het beheren van de digitale productencatalogus; - Het signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden binnen het inkoopproces. Daarnaast lever je een actieve bijdrage aan verbeterprojecten en overlegvormen waarin jouw kennis en inzichten welkom zijn.
