Om ervoor te zorgen dat onze collega's in productie en assemblage door kunnen, zoeken we een proactieve en hands-on medewerker inkoop. Jouw rol binnen Oxycom Als medewerker Inkoop heb je een belangrijke plek binnen Oxycom. In ons technische familiebedrijf werken we met korte lijnen en zijn we gewend om samen de schouders eronder te zetten. Inkoop speelt daarin een centrale rol: als daar de zaken goed geregeld zijn, kunnen collega's in de rest van de organisatie verder. Je werkt veel samen met verschillende collega's en afdelingen. De sfeer is informeel en praktisch: we kennen elkaar, lopen makkelijk bij elkaar binnen en zoeken samen naar oplossingen. Houd je van die dynamiek en ben je iemand die graag dingen voor elkaar krijgt? Dan zul je je bij Oxycom snel thuis voelen. Dit ga je doen: - Je zorgt dat materialen en onderdelen op tijd beschikbaar zijn voor productie en assemblage; - Je beheert het operationele inkoopproces van bestelling tot levering; - Je plaatst bestellingen en bewaakt levertijden, prijzen en gemaakte afspraken; - Je onderhoudt actief contact met leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland; - Je signaleert mogelijke tekorten of vertragingen en onderneemt zelf actie; - Je schakelt dagelijks met collega's van onder andere productie, assemblage en engineering; - Je bewaakt voorraadniveaus en denkt mee over wat en wanneer we moeten in...
