Eurofins Ecca Environment Testing is een toonaangevend milieulaboratorium in Merelbeke‑Melle, gespecialiseerd in snelle, betrouwbare en onafhankelijke analyses van water, lucht en bodem verbeterende middelen. Met gedreven medewerkers en diepgaande wetenschappelijke expertise ondersteunt Eurofins Ecca Environment Testing zowel industriële bedrijven als overheden om te voldoen aan wetgeving, processen te verbeteren en een veilige en duurzame leefomgeving te garanderen. Bovendien maakt Ecca sinds de integratie in de Eurofins‑groep deel uit van een internationaal netwerk van gespecialiseerde life sciences laboratoria, waardoor we onze innovatiekracht, kwaliteitsstandaarden en dienstverlening nog verder versterken.

Functieomschrijving

Als Medewerker Input & Beheer Stalen ben jij een cruciale schakel in onze laboratoriumwerking. In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat elk staal vanaf het moment van binnenkomst de juiste weg volgt. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne diensten, zoals de labo‑afdelingen en ASM (customer service). Met jouw kritische blik en zorgvuldige aanpak garandeer je dat de analyses probleemloos kunnen starten.

Jouw taken

  • Ontvangen en registreren van binnenkomende stalen
  • Controleren van opdrachten en staalgegevens op juistheid en volledigheid
  • Detecteren en behandelen van afwijkingen, of deze doorgeven aan de teamlead
  • Vrijgeven van stalen in het systeem zodat analyses tijdig kunnen starten
  • Communicatie met labo‑teams en ASM
  • Administratieve opvolging en bijdragen aan een efficiënte workflow
  • Werken volgens kwaliteitsrichtlijnen, met oog voor nauwkeurigheid
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij productenbeheer
  • Logistieke distributie van de stalen naar de correcte afdelingen in het gebouw
  • Splitsen van stalen in meerdere deelmonsters

Je herkent jezelf in volgend profiel:

  • Je hebt een STEM-opleiding voltooid (TSO of hoger)
  • Een laboratoriumgerichte opleiding of achtergrond is een sterke troef
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kritisch en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
  • Je kan geconcentreerd werken, snel schakelen en blijft rustig onder tijdsdruk
  • Je hebt geen probleem met fysiek werk of langere tijd rechtstaan
  • Je hebt een sterke drive om elke dag opnieuw resultaat neer te zetten
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
