Als medewerker intake en service heb je een brede taakstelling. Dagelijks heb je te maken met burgers die de politie willen bereiken. Je staat hen te woord (per telefoon en aan de balie), beantwoordt e-mails, neemt aangiftes op en verwerkt deze in een proces-verbaal. Of het nu een ongeduldige tipgever is, een angstig slachtoffer dat aangifte wil doen, of een verward persoon met een vaag verhaal: jij weet met tact, kalmte en de juiste gesprekstechnieken de benodigde informatie boven te halen om mensen direct verder te helpen. Je verwerkt en registreert hierbij informatie zorgvuldig en efficiënt. Van het inplannen van afspraken voor aangiften tot het doorzetten van vragen en meldingen naar het juiste kanaal. Ook neem je de vervolgstappen na een aangifte op je of, indien nodig, spoor je collega's aan dit te doen. Er is volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbetertrajecten voor processen of nieuwe producten. Het spreekt daarom voor zich dat je ook aangeeft wat er volgens jou beter kan in de processen waar je bij betrokken bent. Er is nauwe samenwerking tussen de Afdeling Intake en Service en de Afdeling Opsporing, wat betekent dat ondersteunende werkzaamheden ten behoeve van het opsporingsproces ook een onderdeel van jouw takenpakket kunnen zijn. Werken in de avonden en weekenden kan soms voorkomen. Waar ga je werken? District 's-Hertogenbosch bestaat uit vier basisteams en de districtsrecherche en is gelegen in het noordelijk gedeelte van de Eenheid Oost-Brabant. Het werkgebied van ons basisteam bestaat uit de gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch. Jij levert een wezenlijke bijdrage aan de politiezorg op het basisteam.
