Als Medewerker Intake & Services bij Stichting Achmea Rechtsbijstand (SAR) luister je naar hun verhaal, beoordeel je de eerste informatie en zorg je ervoor dat iedere zaak op de juiste plek terechtkomt. Daarmee heb je direct invloed op de ervaring van de klant én op een soepele afhandeling van juridische dossiers. De functie is gevestigd in Tilburg en biedt de mogelijkheid om grotendeels vanuit huis te werken. Binnen deze rol ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten en juristen. Je voert intakegesprekken, ondersteunt bij lopende dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen zorgvuldig verlopen. Je start binnen het thema Aankopen en Diensten en krijgt vervolgens de mogelijkheid om ook andere rechtsgebieden op te pakken. Je werkt samen met een team van circa 120 collega's in een informele werkomgeving waarin samenwerking, vertrouwen en eigen verantwoordelijkheid centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? - Je voert telefonisch intakegesprekken met klanten en beoordeelt op basis van de polisvoorwaarden of een zaak onder de dekking valt. - Je verzamelt alle relevante informatie en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers compleet worden overgedragen aan juristen. - Je ondersteunt juristen tijdens lopende zaken door terugbelafspraken te maken, klanten door te verbinden en algemene vragen te beantwoorden. - Je verwerkt post, koppelt e-mails aan dossiers en zorgt voor een correcte administratie. - Je plant expertiseverzoeken in en legt klantsignalen vast. - Je signaleert verbeterkansen in werkprocessen en online klantkanalen.
