Voor onze vestiging in Overpelt zoeken we een analytisch sterke, communicatieve medewerker die graag schakelt tussen technische informatie en commerciële dossiers. Je ondersteunt internationale verkoopactiviteiten door offerteaanvragen grondig te analyseren en om te zetten in nauwkeurige, technisch onderbouwde voorstellen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en speelt een belangrijke rol in het verdere commerciële groeitraject.

Jobomschrijving

Analyseren van lastenboeken en internationale offerteaanvragen, voornamelijk in het Engels.Overleggen met interne teams (engineering, calculatie, productie) om tot technische en commerciële oplossingen op maat te komen.Mee uitwerken en opstellen van duidelijke, correcte offertes voor klanten wereldwijd.Bewaken van deadlines en verzorgen van een nauwkeurige administratieve opvolging van elk dossier.Incidenteel werken met verschoven uren (late namiddag/avond) omwille van tijdsverschillen met o.a. de Verenigde Staten.

Bachelor denkniveau, bij voorkeur commercieel of technisch georiënteerd.Vermogen om technische documenten en structuren te lezen en te begrijpen (bouw, engineering, offertes).Sterke communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden, met oog voor structuur, planning en administratie.Teamgerichte en oplossingsgerichte werkmentaliteit.
