Voor onze afdeling Service & Support op het servicekantoor in Waalwijk zoeken wij een Medewerker Interne Communicatie die het verschil maakt in hoe collega's binnen Xenos met elkaar verbonden blijven. Wat ga je doen? Bij Xenos werken ruim 1.400 collega's in onze winkels, het distributiecentrum en op het servicekantoor. Goede interne communicatie is daarom van onschatbare waarde. In deze rol ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze interne communicatie en zorg je ervoor dat collega's weten wat er speelt én zich betrokken voelen bij de organisatie. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Het ene moment schrijf je een inspirerend nieuwsbericht, het volgende moment organiseer je een collega-event of maak je een video voor een interne campagne. Je werkt samen met collega's uit de hele organisatie en krijgt veel ruimte om met nieuwe ideeën te komen.
