Als Medewerker Invordering Belastingen combineer je zorgvuldig administratief werk met persoonlijk contact en krijg je te maken met het hele invorderingsproces. Wat ga jij doen? Als Medewerker Invordering Belastingen zorg je ervoor dat gemeentelijke belastingen zorgvuldig en volgens de regels worden geïnd. Je werk is afwisselend: afhankelijk van de fase van het invorderingsproces ben je de ene dag vooral administratief bezig en heb je de andere dag juist veel telefonisch contact met belastingschuldigen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar doet dit samen met je collega's. We werken niet met vaste dossiers: iedere dag stemmen jullie af wie welke werkzaamheden oppakt. Daardoor krijg je te maken met het hele invorderingsproces en ontwikkel je je breed in het vak. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het innen van openstaande gemeentelijke belastingen; - Het telefonisch en schriftelijk beantwoorden van vragen over betalingen, betalingsachterstanden en invorderingsmaatregelen; - Het uitleggen van procedures en meedenken over passende betalingsoplossingen binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving; - Het opstellen en verwerken van herinneringen, aanmaningen en dwangbevelen; - Het administratief verwerken en controleren van gegevens in XXLLNC Belastingen; - Het overdragen van dossiers aan de externe belastingdeurwaarder en het beoordelen van retour ontvangen dossiers.
