Daarom kun je rekenen op: - Een salaris tussen €2.610,- en €3.200,-, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Leaseauto of volledige reiskostenvergoeding; - Opleidings- en certificeringsmogelijkheden, zoals ITIL, Microsoft 365 en Azure; - Persoonlijke begeleiding en een ontwikkelplan afgestemd op jouw ambities; - Een uitdagende werkomgeving met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief; - Een betrokken organisatie waarin jij geen nummertje bent, maar een collega. Over de rol Als Medewerker IT Servicedesk ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers met IT-gerelateerde vragen en storingen. Je registreert, analyseert en behandelt meldingen via het IT-servicemanagementsysteem en zorgt ervoor dat gebruikers snel weer verder kunnen met hun werkzaamheden. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Aannemen, registreren en afhandelen van incidenten en serviceverzoeken; - Analyseren en oplossen van 1e lijns IT-vraagstukken; - Bewaken van de voortgang van meldingen en gebruikers proactief informeren over de status; - Samenwerken met IT-specialisten en externe leveranciers om complexe incidenten op te lossen; - Correct administratief verwerken van meldingen en oplossingen; - Signaleren van terugkerende problemen en aandragen v...
