Je komt terecht in een praktische en informele werkomgeving met korte lijnen, waar IT een belangrijke rol speelt in de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. De organisatie is onderdeel van een grotere internationale groep, maar kenmerkt zich lokaal door een persoonlijke en nuchtere cultuur. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief en je krijgt de mogelijkheid om zelfstandig zaken op te pakken. De functie Als Medewerker IT ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers bij IT-vragen en -problemen. Je ondersteunt medewerkers bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat storingen en verzoeken zo snel mogelijk worden opgelost. Je zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers beschikken over een goed werkende en veilige IT-werkplek en pakt werkzaamheden rondom hardware, software, accounts en werkplekken zelfstandig op. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan het uitgeven en installeren van laptops, het inrichten van werkplekken, het oplossen van hardware- en softwareproblemen en het ondersteunen van medewerkers op locatie. Je functie is breed: naast servicedesk- en werkplekbeheerwerkzaamheden krijg je ook te maken met infrastructuur, leveranciers en verschillende IT-projecten. Je bent daardoor niet alleen bezig met tickets, maar hebt een actieve rol binnen de dagelijkse IT-organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Oplossen van IT-vragen, incidenten en storingen op het gebied van hardware, software en werkplekken; - Beheren en ondersteunen van fysieke en digitale werkplekken; - Installeren, configureren, uitgeven en vervangen van laptops, deskt...
