The posting

Je ondersteunt de jeugd- en sportdienst van de gemeente Lendelede door het uitvoeren van administratieve, organisatorische en uitvoerende taken. Je draagt bij aan de voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie van activiteiten, evenementen en beleidsmatige initiatieven binnen beide diensten. Als medespeelpleinverantwoordelijke ben je gedurende de zomermaanden mee verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en het coördineren van de speelpleinwerking. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s, vrijwilligers, verenigingen, scholen en externe partners. Je werkt klantgericht, nauwkeurig en hands-on.

Je bent een enthousiaste en veelzijdige medewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je hebt interesse in jeugd- en sportwerking en voelt je thuis in een lokale bestuurscontext. Ervaring binnen een jeugd-, sport- of verenigingsomgeving is een pluspunt, maar vooral je bereidheid om je snel in te werken vinden we belangrijk.

Je bent digitaal vaardig en kan vlot werken met standaard softwaretoepassingen. Daarnaast schrik je niet terug voor praktische taken en help je mee bij de opbouw, organisatie en coördinatie van activiteiten en evenementen. Het werken met logistiek materiaal zoals sportmateriaal, tenten of een geluidsinstallatie vormt voor jou geen probleem.

Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsbewust en klantgericht. Je neemt initiatief en kan zelfstandig werken. Tegelijk ben je een echte teamspeler die graag samenwerkt met collega's, vrijwilligers, verenigingen, scholen en andere partners. Als speelpleinverantwoordelijke is het ook belangrijk dat je de animatorenploeg kan sturen waar nodig. Met je positieve ingesteldheid help je mee bouwen aan een sterke dienstverlening en een positief imago van het lokaal bestuur.

Omdat activiteiten zich niet altijd binnen de kantooruren afspelen, ben je bereid te werken tijdens de schoolvakanties en af en toe ’s avonds en in het weekend.

Verder beschik je minimaal over een diploma secundair onderwijs of daarmee gelijkgesteld onderwijs, of slaag je voor een capaciteitstest op C-niveau. Je beschikt over kennis van veiligheids- en toezichtsprincipes bij jeugd- en sportactiviteiten of bent bereid deze kennis verder te ontwikkelen. Tot slot slaag je voor de selectieprocedure
