De gemeente Winterswijk telt bijna 29.000 inwoners. Het levendige centrum, het prachtige buitengebied en de vele voorzieningen maken Winterswijk tot een aantrekkelijke plaats om te wonen, werken en recreëren. Niet voor niets wordt Winterswijk wel de "parel van het oosten" genoemd. Bij de gemeente Winterswijk werken ongeveer 285 collega's. De werksfeer is informeel en de verantwoordelijkheden liggen laag in de organisatie. Samen met onze inwoners, ondernemers en maatschappelijke partners maken we Winterswijk elke dag een beetje mooier. In onze dienstverlening leggen we de lat hoog en gaan we voor een glimlach. Winterswijk... daar wil je werken! Opdracht We zoeken een expert met een juridische blik, die goed in een team kan samenwerken. Met name ben je een goede sparringpartner en adviseur voor collega's en bestuur. Je staat stevig in je schoenen en je bent een goede gesprekspartner in gesprekken met vergunninghouder en bezwaarmaker; hierin zoek je samen naar ruimte voor een oplossing. Je geeft juridisch advies aan vergunningsverleners bouw en controleert en accordeert omgevingsvergunningen en legesbesluiten. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het vertegenwoordigen van het college tijdens gesprekken tussen vergunninghouder en bezwaarmaker (mediation) voordat de formele weg naar de commissie bezwaarschriften/rechtbank gevolgd wordt. - Het vertegenwoordigen van het college in bezwaar- en (hoger) beroep procedures. Nadruk ligt hier op bezwaar en beroep tegen omgevingsvergunningen. - Het schrijven van collegevoorstellen, beslissingen op bezwaar, begeleidende brieven en reactienota's/verwee...
