Dit ga jij doen Je geeft juridisch advies aan vergunningsverleners bouw en controleert en accordeert omgevingsvergunningen en legesbesluiten. De nadruk ligt op bezwaar en beroep tegen omgevingsvergunningen. - Vertegenwoordig het college tijdens gesprekken tussen vergunninghouder en bezwaarmaker (mediation) voordat de formele procedure bij de commissie bezwaarschriften of rechtbank wordt gevolgd; - Vertegenwoordig het college in bezwaar- en (hoger) beroepsprocedures; - Schrijf collegevoorstellen, beslissingen op bezwaar, begeleidende brieven en reactienota's en verweerschriften; - Stel procesdossiers samen voor de commissie bezwaarschriften, rechtbank en Raad van State. Dit ben jij Als Medewerker Juridisch ben jij z.s.m. beschikbaar voor 24 tot 28 uur per week. Verder beschik je over: - Een aantoonbaar afgeronde juridische opleiding op minimaal hbo-bachelorniveau; - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als juridisch medewerker binnen een overheidsinstelling; - Aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 2 jaar met het omgevingsrecht en specifiek de Omgevingswet; - Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het omgevingsrecht en de Omgevingswet binnen een gemeente; - Aantoonbare w...
