Wat je gaat doen Als productiemedewerker in Wolvega werk je samen met je collega’s aan het produceren en verpakken van verschillende soorten kaas. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productielijn goed blijft draaien en dat de kaas volgens de juiste kwaliteitseisen wordt verwerkt. Je werkzaamheden zijn onder andere:- Verpakken en verwerken van kaas; - Ondersteunen bij het snijden en portioneren van kaas; - Bedienen en controleren van productiemachines; - Controleren van het productieproces; - Uitvoeren van eenvoudige kwaliteitscontroles; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en deze doorgeven aan je collega’s; - Schoon en veilig houden van je werkplek; - Samenwerken met collega’s om de productie goed te laten verlopen.

Wat we je bieden €3.350 bruto per maand inclusief ploegentoeslag; - Fulltime functie in 3-ploegendienst; - Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband; - 8% vakantiegeld; - 5% eindejaarsuitkering; - €0,23 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer, tot maximaal €13,80 per dag; - Mogelijkheden om trainingen te volgen en door te groeien; - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens het principe van gelijkwaardige beloning.
