Context

Voor onze kaaswinkels zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste nieuwe collega om ons vast team te versterken. Het betreft een voltijdse positie in vast dienstverband. We hebben op dit moment een gevestigde kaasspeciaalzaak in Korbeek-Lo, en zullen weldra een tweede vestiging openen in Tienen. Om dit mogelijk te maken zijn wij op zoek naar twee nieuwe collega's. Deze vacature is niet geschikt voor personen die op zoek zijn naar een korte tewerkstelling. We zijn op zoek naar collega’s die met ons mee wil groeien en die wil bijdragen aan het succes van ons bedrijf.

Takenpakket

Het takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Klanten vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen in de winkel;
  • Klanten begeleiden in hun keuze van kazen en fijne vleeswaren, en de bestelling netjes verpakken;
  • Producten in ontvangst nemen van onze leveranciers;
  • De producten op een overzichtelijke wijze in onze togen plaatsen, voorraad aanvullen;
  • Kaasplanken, charcuterieplanken, tapasplanken, kaascadeautjes en cheese towers en andere bestellingen maken;
  • De togen en werkvlakken reinigen, het materiaal afwassen, de vuilbakken legen, etc.

We zijn op zoek naar:

  • Iemand die attent is, met een positieve uitstraling en “we gaan er elke dag 100% voor”-mentaliteit;
  • Iemand die kennis heeft van kaas: naamgeving, kaasfamilie, herkomst, degustatieadvies, “petit histoire”…;
  • Indien kennis over kaas op dit moment nog ontoereikend is: iemand met een grote leergierigheid en interesse in kaas, die bereidt is alle soorten kaas te proeven, die zich verder wil ontwikkelen in de materie en die bereid is deel te nemen aan opleidingen;
  • Iemand die handig en aandachtig is om verschillende tools te hanteren, zoals kaasmessen, handsnijdraden, snijmachines, etc;
  • Iemand die zorgzaam en netjes werkt en snel leert uit fouten;
  • Iemand die flexibel is naar werktijden toe. Het is geven en nemen. Als werkgever proberen we in te spelen op de noden van onze medewerkers, maar op drukke momenten (bv. kerst en nieuwjaar) is het alle hens aan dek!
  • In het bezit zijn van een rijbewijs B is een plus.
