Zowelfysiek aan onze balie als via de telefoon.Jij begrijpt als geen ander de term'hospitality' en weet hoe belangrijk het isdat huurders gehoord en geholpenworden. Je hebt plezier in je werk en desamenwerking met je team. Je haaltenergie uit het feit dat je iemand échthebt gezien en gehoord en weet daarmeede dienstverlening op een hoog niveau tehouden. Werken bij Bo-Ex is werken in eenmaatschappelijke organisatie metuitdagende vraagstukken én meebouwenaan maatschappelijke doelen, namelijkeen thuis bieden. De komende jarenstaan er mooie projecten op stapel, hoemooi als jij daar een bijdrage aan levert.Onze organisatie is volop in ontwikkelingen jouw bijdrage is van groot belang. Een voorbeeld van jouw impact: een telefoontje begint met een vraag eneindigt met een oplossing. Iemand weet niet waar hij terecht kan, jijluistert, denkt mee en zorgt voor duidelijkheid. Een klein moment voor jou,maar een groot verschil voor de ander. Dat is de impact van jouw werk. Wat ga je doen? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voorhuurders en woningzoekenden met vragenover hun woning, huur en dienstverlening.Je luistert goed, denkt mee en zorgt ervoordat huurders zich gehoord en geholpenvoelen.Je helpt huurders bijvoorbeeld bij vragenover reparaties, huurbetalingen, overlast,woningzaken en afspraken. En jebeantwoordt vragen zoveel mogelijk directen zorgt voor een passende oplossing ofdoorverwijzing.Je verwerkt vragen en afspraken zorgvuldig inonze systemen, zodat collega's de juisteinformatie hebben.Je signaleert wat er speelt onder huurders endenkt mee over hoe we onze dienstverleningkunnen verbeteren.
