Restaurant Rootsch is gevestigd in Hotel Mondragon, in het hart van Zierikzee. Met vermeldingen in onder andere Michelin, Gault&Millau en de Lekker500 hebben wij ons ontwikkeld tot een van de toonaangevende restaurants van Zeeland. Naast ons fine dining restaurant beschikken wij ook over een bistro, waardoor wij onze gasten op verschillende niveaus een culinaire beleving kunnen bieden. Voor onze keukenbrigade zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gemotiveerde collega die wil meegroeien binnen een ambitieus team en een passie heeft voor gastronomie.
