Geen standaard klantenservice, maar een functie waarin jouw inschatting en handelen direct kunnen bijdragen aan veiligheid. Als Medewerker Klant Contact Center ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor burgers, collega's en ketenpartners. De ene keer beantwoord je een vraag, de andere keer krijg je een melding binnen die snel moet worden beoordeeld en doorgezet. Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en zorgt dat informatie terechtkomt bij de juiste persoon of afdeling. - Binnenkomende meldingen en vragen verwerkt en registreert en deze waar nodig doorzet naar de meldkamer. Dat betekent dat je diensten op verschillende momenten van de dag en week werkt, waaronder in de avond, nacht en in het weekend. Daarmee kun je een actieve rol spelen in de afhandeling van internetaangiften en signaleringen en wordt jouw bijdrage aan veiligheid en rechtshandhaving verder vergroot. Waar veel klantcontactfuncties eindigen bij het beantwoorden van een vraag, kan jouw werk hier juist het begin zijn van verdere actie. Je krijgt meldingen en informatie vanuit heel Nederland en daarbuiten binnen en moet soms snel bepalen wat nodig is en wie ermee aan de slag moet. Je hebt contact met burgers die hulp of informatie nodig hebben, collega's die vanuit het werkveld schakelen en ketenpartners die afhankelijk zijn van de juiste inf...
