Vacatureomschrijving Als Medewerker Klant Support bij Rexel ben je het gezicht van ons online kanaal. Jij zorgt ervoor dat digitale vragen van klanten en prospects snel en goed worden beantwoord, zodat klanten zich gehoord voelen en aan Rexel verbonden blijven. Je bent de schakel tussen klanten, collega's op de vestigingen en de interne afdelingen die achter de webshop staan. Je maakt deel uit van het team Rexel Online Service en werkt onder leiding van de manager E-Business. Samen zorgen jullie voor een soepele online klantervaring en een professionele serviceomgeving in onze webshop. Het is een veelzijdige functie waarin je dagelijks in contact staat met klanten en veel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt. Je beantwoordt niet alleen vragen, maar signaleert ook wat er speelt en denkt mee over verbeteringen van het online kanaal. Wat je doet - Zo snel en goed mogelijk beantwoorden van digitale klantvragen; - Ondersteunen van klanten in het digitale registratieproces; - Afhandelen van veelvoorkomende vragen via het online kanaal, zoals debiteurenaanvragen, het resetten van wachtwoorden en het activeren van gebruikersaccounts; - Actief betrekken van collega's op de vestigingen bij het oplossen van klantvragen; - Dagelijks afhandelen van de vragen in de E-Business mailboxen en interne vragen/verzoeken; - Signaleren van foutieve productinformatie op de webshop en doorgeven aan de verantwoordelijke afdeling; - Opstellen van rappo...
