Dit ga je doen Als Medewerker Klant Support binnen het team Debiteuren & Incasso zorg jij ervoor dat onze administratie klopt én dat klanten zich gehoord voelen. Je verwerkt betalingen en afspraken zorgvuldig, helpt klanten met vragen over hun rekening en zorgt voor een passende oplossing wanneer betalen niet vanzelfsprekend is. Bij Brabant Water kijken we verder dan cijfers en processen alleen. We geloven in sociaal incasseren: luisteren naar de situatie van een klant, duidelijke afspraken maken en samen zoeken naar een haalbare oplossing. Zo draag je iedere dag bij aan een betrouwbare drinkwatervoorziening én aan dienstverlening met oog voor de mens achter de rekening. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer help je een klant die een vraag heeft over een factuur, de andere keer stem je met een gemeente of schuldhulpverlener af over de beste aanpak. Je houdt overzicht, legt afspraken zorgvuldig vast en zorgt ervoor dat acties op tijd worden opgevolgd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het verwerken en controleren van administratieve gegevens en mutaties; - het verwerken van betalingen, betalingsregelingen en klantdossiers; - het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten via telefoon, e-mail en andere kanalen; - het beoordelen en opvolgen van betalingsachterstanden; - het vastleggen en bewaken van gemaakte afspraken; - het signaleren van situaties waarin maatwerk of extra ondersteuning gewenst is; - het afstemmen met collega's en externe partners, zoals gemeenten en schuldhulpverlening; - het bijdragen aan een klantvriendelijke, zorgvuldige en...
