Medewerker Klantcontact 24 - 40 uur per week €17,43 per uur Beschrijving Wat ga je precies doen Als medewerker klantcontact ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en speel je een belangrijke rol in het bieden van een positieve klantervaring. Je helpt klanten met uiteenlopende vragen over abonnementen, facturen en betalingen, zowel telefonisch als via chat. Met jouw luisterend oor en oplossingsgerichte aanpak zorg je ervoor dat klanten tevreden het gesprek afsluiten. Daarnaast draag je bij aan het verbeteren van onze dienstverlening door klantsignalen te herkennen en te delen. Wat ga je doen: - Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en chat, en klanten ondersteunen bij hun problemen. - Actief meedenken en passende oplossingen voorstellen om klanten tevreden te stellen. - Correct verwerken van klantgegevens, wijzigingen en afspraken in onze systemen. - Herkennen en doorgeven van klantsignalen om processen en klantbeleving te verbeteren. - Deelnemen aan trainingen en teamoverleggen om jezelf en het team verder te ontwikkelen.
