De rol combineert klantgesprek, administratieve verwerking en het bewaken van afspraken of doorlooptijden. - Contact Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon, e-mail of een ander kanaal. - Vastleggen Je registreert gegevens, acties en afspraken zorgvuldig in het systeem. - Opvolgen Je bewaakt voortgang en schakelt met collega's als dat nodig is. Onthoud: deze functie gaat niet alleen over vriendelijk helpen, maar ook over netjes verwerken en terugkoppelen. Medewerker klantcontact zit op het snijvlak van service, administratie en procesbewaking. Wat betekent deze functie in het kort? Een medewerker klantcontact helpt klanten, deelnemers of relaties verder en zorgt tegelijk dat de administratie klopt. In veel organisaties is dit een functie waarin je snel moet schakelen tussen menselijk contact en nauwkeurig werken in systemen.
