Je zorgt ervoor dat reparatieverzoeken en andere werkzaamheden goed worden gepland en opgevolgd, met oog voor klanttevredenheid én een efficiënte uitvoering. Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit Amsterdam en kunt ook worden ingezet in onze teams in Beverwijk en Wormerveer. We zoeken collega's voor minimaal 32 uur per week die flexibel inzetbaar zijn tussen 08:00 en 20:00 uur en bereid zijn om avonddiensten te werken. Je gaat samenwerken met 7 andere collega's binnen het KCC. Wat ga je doen - Je plant en coördineert afspraken tussen servicemonteurs, projectbegeleiders en klanten - Je schakelt proactief bij wijzigingen in de planning, bijvoorbeeld door ziekte, spoedopdrachten of andere verstoringen - Je bewaakt afspraken en de voortgang van werkzaamheden, inclusief het opvolgen van uitstaande opdrachten - Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en collega's over geplande werkzaamheden - Je werkt samen met servicemonteurs, projectbegeleiders en andere afdelingen om de dienstverlening verder te optimaliseren - Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van afspraken en opdrachten in het planningssysteem Wie wij zoeken - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de klantenservice, administratie of logistiek en voelt j...
