Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat alles blijft draaien , letterlijk en figuurlijk. Jouw taken, in normaal Nederlands: - Klantcontact - Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt. Telefonisch, per mail of face-to-face. Vragen? Problemen? Jij regelt het. - Service & ondersteuning - Eerstelijns support geven en klanten écht verder helpen (geen "heeft u het al opnieuw opgestart?"--robotpraat) - Reparaties - Soms moet er iets gemaakt worden. Jij fixt het zelf of zet de juiste collega in beweging. - Voorraadbeheer - Jij weet wat we hebben, wat bijna op is en zorgt dat alles op tijd klaar ligt. - Ondersteuning bij maatwerkprojecten - Van custom games tot speciale builds: jij helpt mee waar nodig. En extra leuk: Deze rol kan doorgroeien richting verkoop, installatie of projectondersteuning .
