Je hebt dagelijks contact via telefoon en e-mail en luistert goed naar wat een klant nodig heeft. Vervolgens zoek je naar een passende oplossing of geef je duidelijk advies over producten en diensten. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de vraag die binnenkomt. Zie je een mogelijkheid om een klant beter te helpen met een andere dienst of extra service? Dan bespreek je dit op een persoonlijke en duidelijke manier. Het doel is altijd dat de klant goed geholpen is en tevreden terugkijkt op het contact. Je belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn: - Klantvragen telefonisch en per e-mail beantwoorden. - Klanten adviseren over internet, televisie en telefonie. - Passende producten, diensten en extra service onder de aandacht brengen. - Oplossingen zoeken die bijdragen aan klanttevredenheid en klantbehoud. - Samenwerken met collega's en kennis delen binnen het team. Je werkt in een vast team waar open communicatie en elkaar helpen vanzelfsprekend zijn. Collega's delen ervaringen, geven feedback en vieren gezamenlijke successen.
