- Vacature Medewerker Klantcontact Inbound | 24 - 40 uur per week |uren flexibel in te delen Locatie Rotterdam Flanderijn Flanderijn groeit Wij willen ons team Customer Relations versterkten met een nieuwe collega Klantcontact Inbound. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers en die meer willen weten over onze diensten, zoals pré incasso, incasso en debiteurenbeheer. In deze functie ligt de focus op het snel en klantgericht beantwoorden van vragen, het opvolgen van leads en het plannen van adviesgesprekken voor onze incasso-experts. Dit ga je doen Jij zorgt dat de online aanvragen dagelijks worden opgevolgd en dat de data in ons CRM systeem compleet en actueel is. Je adviseert over onze dienstverlening en je schakelt met sales en inhoudelijke collega's om deze prospects snel en goed te helpen: jij werkt centraal in het Customer Relations team. Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden: - Je beantwoordt telefoontjes en e-mails van prospects en opdrachtgevers - Je belt leads proactief na, bijvoorbeeld na een aanvraag of campagne via onze website - Je plant adviesgesprekken in voor collega's en/of zet een offerteactie uit - Je registreert alle contactmomenten, afspraken en acties nauwkeurig in het CRM systeem - Je bewaakt de datakwaliteit in het CRM. Je signaleert ontbrekende informatie en vult aan Wie ben jij? - MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau door opleiding of ervaring - Je bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar - Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands - Je hebt ervaring in klantcontact, in sales support, als binnendienst medewerker of in een vergelijkbare functie - Je krijgt energie van klantcontact en durft door te vragen Wat bieden wij jou: - Een salaris van €2.850,00 - €4.550,00 bruto per maand o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring - 30 vakantiedagen, o.b.v. een 40-urige werkweek - Een 13 e maand - Persoonlijke ontwikkeling vinden wij belangrijk.
