Hou je van mensen helpen en overzicht houden? Start als Medewerker Klantcontact bij Royal GD in Deventer en maak elke dag impact.

Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Klantcontact ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor dierhouders en dierenartsen. Je helpt klanten snel verder, verwerkt administratieve gegevens en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je werkt 32 uur per week in een afwisselende functie met veel contact, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Het gaat om een jaarcontract met de intentie tot verlenging.

- Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon en andere kanalen. - Je geeft informatie over producten, diensten en procedures. - Je verwerkt gegevens zorgvuldig in verschillende systemen. - Je onderhoudt contact met collega’s van diverse afdelingen. - Je bewaakt afspraken en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging. - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening. - Je draagt bij aan een optimale klantbeleving.

Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij Royal GD in Deventer, een toonaangevende organisatie op het gebied van diergezondheid. Samen met ruim 450 collega's werk je aan innovatieve oplossingen voor landbouwhuisdieren en gezelschapsdieren. Je ondersteunt dierhouders en dierenartsen en levert een directe bijdrage aan een gezonde diersector.
