Je helpt klanten met uiteenlopende vragen over levens- en overlijdensrisicoverzekeringen en maakt het verschil met jouw empathie en servicegerichte aanpak. Over de functie Als Medewerker Klantcontact Verzekeren ga je aan de slag binnen een klantcontactteam waar je dagelijks klanten ondersteunt met uiteenlopende vragen. Deze variëren van administratieve verzoeken tot meer gevoelige gesprekken over levens- en overlijdensrisicoverzekeringen. Jij weet professioneel en empathisch te reageren, ook wanneer gesprekken emotioneel of uitdagend zijn. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt voor duidelijke, zorgvuldige afhandeling van hun vragen. Daarbij draag je bij aan een prettige klantbeleving en een betrouwbare dienstverlening. Een werkdag bestaat uit onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden: - Beantwoorden van vragen over levensverzekeringen en overlijdensrisicoverzekeringen. - Ondersteunen bij inlogproblemen met het klantportaal. - Verwerken van wijzigingen in bestaande polissen. - Afhandelen van opzeggingen van verzekeringen. - Voeren van klantgesprekken waarin ook emoties een rol kunnen spelen. Je hoeft nog geen specialist te zijn: deze functie is een mooie kans om ervaring op te doen en te groeien binnen het vakgebied. In deze functie ontwikkel je klantgespreksvaardigheden, kennis van verzekeringen en vertrouwen in het toepassen van je Wft-kennis in de praktijk. Wanneer je start met ons traineeship, begin je met het behalen van twee Wft-diploma's. Na deze eerste twee maanden ga je aan de slag in een uitdagende opdracht binnen de financiële dienstverlening.
