Voor een grote klant in de telecom zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Klantcontactcentrum. In deze functie ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en zorg je ervoor dat afspraken rondom glasvezelaansluitingen soepel worden ingepland. Hoe ziet jouw functie als Medewerker Klantcontactcentrum eruit? Als Medewerker Klantcontactcentrum ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plannen van afspraken en het beantwoorden van vragen van bewoners over de aanleg van glasvezel. Je werkt vanuit het kantoor in Montfoort en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie correct wordt verwerkt. Jouw werkzaamheden als Medewerker Klantcontactcentrum bestaan uit: - Inplannen van afspraken voor woningschouwen en huisaansluitingen voor Fiber to the Home (FTTH); - Telefonisch beantwoorden van vragen van bewoners over glasvezelaanleg; - Verwerken en bijhouden van administratieve gegevens in verschillende systemen; - Controleren en actualiseren van klantinformatie; - Afstemmen met collega's en interne afdelingen om afspraken correct uit te voeren; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte en tijdige registratie van werkzaamheden. Waar ga jij werken? Je gaat aan de slag bij een van de grootste bouw- en infrabedrijven van Nederland, actief binnen grote infrastructurele projecten zoals glasvezelnetwerken, woonwijken en stations.
