Dan zoeken wij jou als aanvulling in ons team van klantcontactcentrum medewerkers! Bij impegno zoeken we een Klantcontactcentrum medewerker die het leuk vindt om contact te hebben. Je bent de hele dag bezig met cliënten, verwijzers en collega's en je begrijpt hoe belangrijk een goede eerste indruk is. Jij bent vaak de eerste persoon die iemand spreekt of mailt. Dat maakt jouw rol meteen belangrijk: je stelt mensen op hun gemak, luistert goed en zorgt dat ze verder geholpen worden. Je werk is heel afwisselend. Je beantwoordt telefoontjes en mails, je hebt roulerende baliewerkzaamheden, plant afspraken en beheert administratieve taken in het systeem en je verwerkt nieuwe aanmeldingen. Soms doe je een korte telefonische screening om een eerste beeld te krijgen van een hulpvraag. Daarnaast plan je afspraken in en zorg je dat alles netjes wordt bijgehouden in het systeem. Je hebt veel contact met behandelaren en collega's van andere afdelingen, dus schakelen hoort er echt bij. Het kan soms druk zijn, dus het helpt als je overzicht kunt houden en rustig blijft. Je weet wat prioriteit heeft en pakt dingen zelfstandig op. Tegelijk werk je nauwkeurig, want in de zorg moeten gegevens gewoon kloppen. We zoeken iemand die vriendelijk en duidelijk communiceert, zowel aan de telefoon als per mail. Je bent handig met systemen zoals Outlook, Topdesk en ONS en vindt het niet erg om met meerdere programma's tegelijk te werken. Team Bij impegno kom je in een team waar mensen voor elkaar klaarstaan. Bij het klantcontactcentrum werken we met 5 collega's en twee coördinatoren. We houden van korte lijnen, zeggen waar het op staat en helpen elkaar als het nodig is.
