Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de gemeente Rotterdam, het visitekaartje van de gemeente Rotterdam. Je luistert aandachtig en toont oprecht begrip. Door jou voelt de Rotterdammer zich gehoord en goed geholpen. Je vraagt door tot je de vraag achter de vraag helder hebt, en je weet informatie uit verschillende bronnen te filteren en begrijpelijk te vertalen naar een volledig en betrouwbaar antwoord. - Je beantwoordt dagelijks telefonische vragen van Rotterdammers over uiteenlopende onderwerpen, zoals belastingen, vergunningen, grofvuil en uitkeringen. - Je past de aangeleerde gesprekstechnieken toe, zoals luisteren, samenvatten en doorvragen, om de hulpvraag helder te krijgen. - Je zoekt de benodigde informatie op in meerdere systemen tegelijkertijd en vertaalt deze naar een helder en betrouwbaar antwoord. - Je handelt de vraag in de meeste gesprekken direct zelf af, zonder terugbelnotitie of door te hoeven verbinden. - Je meldt terugkerende knelpunten of verbeterpunten die je in de praktijk tegenkomt. - Je zorgt ervoor dat er enige snelheid is in het afhandelen van vragen, zodat de Rotterdammer niet te lang hoeft te wachten. Belangrijk om te weten: in deze functie help je Rotterdammers telefonisch. Je bent daarnaast breed inzetbaar en ontwikkelbaar voor verschillende vormen van klantcontact, zodat je meegroeit met de ontwikkeling van onze dienstverlening.
