Medewerker Klantcontactcentrum Woningcorporatie Tussen €2.900 en €3.800 Per maand Beschrijving Wij zoeken jou! Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor huurders. Iemand met vragen over hun woning, reparaties of huur. Jij luistert, denkt mee en zorgt dat mensen snel geholpen worden. Soms los je het zelf op, soms zet je de vraag door naar de juiste collega. Zo zorg jij dat huurders zich gehoord voelen en dat zaken goed geregeld worden. Waar ga je werken? Je komt te werken bij Daan. Wij werken samen met verschillende gemeenten en woningcorporaties om wijken te verbeteren en te verduurzamen. Of je nu bij een grote organisatie wilt werken of de voorkeur geeft aan een kleinschaliger team, wij zorgen ervoor dat je op de juiste plek terechtkomt, waar je jouw expertise als wijkbeheerder optimaal kunt inzetten! Wat ga je doen? - Je beantwoordt vragen van huurders via telefoon, mail en soms aan de balie; - Je registreert meldingen en vragen in het systeem; - Je plant afspraken in voor reparaties en onderhoud; - Je schakelt met collega's van bijvoorbeeld onderhoud of verhuur; - Je zorgt dat huurders duidelijke informatie krijgen over hun woning of huur; - Je houdt overzicht en zorgt dat vragen goed worden afgehandeld. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring als KCC medewerker binnen een woningcorporatie; - Ervaring met klantcontact of dienstverlening; - Je communiceert duidelijk en vriendelijk; - Je blijft rustig wanneer het druk is; - Je kunt goed schakelen tussen verschillende vragen en systemen.
