Voor een stabiele en groeiende onderneming in Eeklo zijn we op zoek naar een tweetalige medewerker klantenadministratie.

In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat de administratie en communicatie met klanten vlot en correct verlopen. Je verwerkt bestellingen, houdt klantgegevens nauwkeurig bij en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega's.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar klantgerichtheid, samenwerking en een goede organisatie centraal staan.

Jouw taken

Als medewerker klantenadministratie sta je in voor een correcte en efficiënte opvolging van het klantproces:

  • Je verwerkt bestelorders en klantgegevens nauwkeurig in de systemen.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je zorgt voor een snelle en duidelijke opvolging van klantvragen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van de klantendienst, productie en andere afdelingen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen van interne processen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie steeds correct en up-to-date is.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in een administratieve richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer vlot Nederlands én Frans.
  • Je kunt vlot overweg met MS Office, waaronder Excel, Word en PowerPoint.
  • Je communiceert professioneel en duidelijk, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en klantgericht.
  • Je werkt graag samen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team.
