The posting

Voor een firma in de dienstensector, gelegen in Heverlee, en met een financieel team van 8 collega's, zoeken we vandaag een klantenboekhouder. In deze functie ben je voornamelijk verantwoordelijk voor een nauwgezet en klantgericht debiteurenbeheer.

Jouw taken:

  • Debiteurenopvolging: Je contacteert klanten telefonisch en per mail over betalingstermijnen en zoekt samen naar aanvaardbare oplossingen.
  • Dossierbeheer: Je bereidt het rappelproces voor, volgt afbetalingsplannen op en overlegt met regionale teams over gepaste acties.
  • Rapportering & Procesverbetering: Je stelt kwartaalrapporten op over vervallen facturen, denkt mee over procesverbeteringen en documenteert deze.
  • Algemene ondersteuning: Je helpt mee met terugstortingen, de groepsmailbox, bankattesten en fungeert als back-up voor de boekhoudkundige bankverwerking.

Profiel:

  • Ervaring & Kennis: Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in debiteurenbeheer en een basis in boekhouden (door opleiding of ervaring).
  • Talen: Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans (mondeling en schriftelijk). Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Software: Vlotte kennis van MS Excel en Word.
  • Vaardigheden: Communicatief, klantgericht en diplomatiek met een gezonde dosis assertiviteit. Je werkt nauwkeurig, stelt makkelijk prioriteiten en bent een echte teamplayer.
  • Waarden: Je werkt verbindend, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent oplossingsgericht.
