Jij zorgt voor een optimale klantbeleving door vragen, klachten en verzoeken professioneel en vriendelijk af te handelen via telefoon, e-mail, chat, social media en WhatsApp. Meldingen registreer je nauwkeurig, je schakelt snel tussen uiteenlopende klantvragen en gebruikt onze kennisbank en sjablonen voor efficiënte antwoorden. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen en draag je bij aan inclusieve mobiliteit, zodat iedere reiziger zich welkom voelt. Zo ziet je werkdag eruit Als klantcontactcentrum-medewerker ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen reizigers en onze organisatie. Je start je dag met het beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon en social media, denkt mee over abonnementen en helpt klanten met ritboekingen. Tussendoor stem je af met collega's om klachten snel en oplossingsgericht op te pakken. Na je pauze werk je schriftelijke meldingen weg en zorg je dat iedere klant een duidelijk antwoord krijgt. Aan het einde van je shift monitor je alle digitale kanalen en bied je ondersteuning bij vragen, zodat iedereen kan reizen.
