Voor onze vestiging in Herk-de-Stad zijn we op zoek naar een Medewerker Klantendienst.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Opstellen van de planning voor onze techniekers, waarbij je rekening houdt met de meest efficiënte routes, technische vereisten en klantbehoeften
  • Correct verwerken van bestelbonnen in ons ERP-systeem
  • Telefonisch contact met klanten om afspraken in te plannen
  • Duidelijke en transparante communicatie met techniekers en klanten over wijzigingen in de planning
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail
  • Accuraat verwerken van gegevens in ons ERP-systeem en planningssoftware

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een logistieke richting of minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, klantgericht en oplossingsgericht
  • Technische affiniteit is een pluspunt, of je bent bereid om je technische kennis snel eigen te maken
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid binnen het team
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Goede kennis van MS Office; ervaring met SAP of planningssoftware is een troef
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands (zeer goed), Frans (goed), Engels (goed)
