Waarvoor rekenen we op jou?

Je precieze takenpakket verschilt van project tot project. Zoals gezegd: elk project is anders. Enkele voorbeelden van mogelijke opdrachten:

  • Je geeft verzekeringstechnisch correcte antwoorden op vragen die klanten via e-mail stellen.
  • Je opent schadedossiers in verschillende verzekeringstakken (Brand, Auto, Bijstand ...). Je start het dossier op en informeert de betrokken partijen.
  • Je begeleidt de klant telefonisch bij zijn dossier: je geeft de status van het dossier mee, vertelt meer over de volgende stap, schakelt de klant eventueel door ...
  • Je verwerkt de poststukken volgens de juiste procedure.
  • Je registreert elk contactmoment met klanten nauwgezet

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je houdt van telefoneren en klantcontact.
  • Je werkt vlot met computers en verschillende interne systemen.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en het Frans
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Je bent klantgericht en beschikt over commerciële flair.
  • Je werkt graag samen in teamverband, maar neemt ook zelfstandig initiatief.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende projecten en taken.
  • Je werkt in daguren, maar indien nodig ben je bereid om je uren aan te passen aan de klantvraag.
