Als tijdelijk medewerker klantenservice in Soesterberg kom je het serviceteam helpen tot het einde van het jaar. De komende maanden ga jij vol gas aan de slag met het afhandelen van een flinke stapel klachten. Negatief? Nee joh! Met jouw enthousiasme en inzet zorg jij ervoor dat alle klanten weer een glimlach op het gezicht krijgen. Na twee weken training kun je helemaal zelfstandig aan de slag. Als medewerker klantenservice ben je de belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten en de winkels. Je krijgt een aantal dossiers en zorgt ervoor dat elke klacht serieus wordt genomen en dat er een passende oplossing komt. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken en jouw bijdrage maakt echt een verschil. Het is een functie waarin je snel leert en veel schakelt tussen verschillende betrokken partijen. Je weet positief te blijven en ziet het als een uitdaging om uiteenlopende kwesties (van kwaliteitsklachten tot juridische problemen) netjes af te handelen.
