Je opent de systemen die je tijdens de vierweekse training hebt leren kennen en bekijkt de eerste meldingen in het ticketsysteem. Je plant je dag rustig in, want je weet dat je afwisselend gaat bellen, chatten en mails beantwoorden. Terwijl je je headset pakt, zie je in de teamchat al wat berichten van collega's langskomen. De sfeer is informeel en je merkt dat iedereen elkaar makkelijk weet te vinden. Je eerste uur gaat vooral op aan telefoongesprekken met klanten die vragen hebben over bestellingen, retouren en betalingen . Daarna stroomt de chat vol met korte vragen over accounts en lopende orders, die je helder en vriendelijk beantwoordt . Tussendoor zoek je meldingen verder uit in het ticketsysteem en zorg je voor een passende oplossing binnen de richtlijnen. Je legt gesprekken en afspraken nauwkeurig vast, zodat collega's dossiers direct kunnen overnemen. Bij een complexere situatie overleg je met een collega of je teamleider en bepaal je samen de beste aanpak. Aan het einde van je dienst deel je opvallende signalen met het team en denk je mee over hoe processen en klantcommunicatie nog duidelijker kunnen. Je sluit je laptop af met een tevreden gevoel, omdat je vandaag weer veel klanten van Bol echt verder hebt geholpen .
