Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan hoofdzakelijk uit: - Klantcontact onderhouden: Eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor klanten via telefoon, e-mail en chat. - Vragen en problemen afhandelen: Beantwoorden van uiteenlopende vragen en het vinden van passende oplossingen bij knelpunten of klachten. - Administratieve verwerking: Correct en nauwkeurig verwerken van klantgegevens, afspraken en gespreksnotities in het CRM-systeem. - Informatievoorziening: Informeren en adviseren van klanten over diensten, producten, wijzigingen of actuele procedures. waar ga je werken Je komt te werken in een dynamische en klantgerichte omgeving waar kwaliteit en behulpzaamheid vooropstaan.
