Als Medewerker Klantenservice ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze members via mail, telefoon of social DM's. Je zorgt dat iedereen zich gehoord en geholpen voelt. Jij bent de stem en het gezicht van TICA - en dankzij jouw inzet blijft onze klanttevredenheid op topniveau. Waar kom je te werken en wat ga je doen? Bij TICA, dé toonaangevende Europese inkooppartner voor interieur- en lifestyleprofessionals, werk je in een hecht team waar service en klanttevredenheid op #1 staan. Je beantwoordt vragen over lidmaatschappen, bestellingen, accounts en meer. Jij maakt het verschil in de klantbeleving - elke dag opnieuw. Job Extra Image Wat ga je doen? - Vragen van onze TICA-members beantwoorden en hen met een big smile verder helpen. - Inkomende telefoontjes, e-mails en social media berichten professioneel afhandelen. - Klantgegevens verwerken en up-to-date houden in ons CRM-systeem (Microsoft Dynamics 365). - Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in de klantbeleving. - Nauw samenwerken met collega's van andere afdelingen om vragen snel en goed op te lossen. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt MBO+ werk- en denkniveau. - CRM-systemen (zoals Microsoft Dynamics 365) zijn voor jou bekend terrein. - Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels - extra talen zoals Duits, Frans of Spaans zijn een pre. - Je bent communicatief sterk - klantvriendelijkheid zit in jouw DNA. - Je werkt accuraat, blijft rustig bij drukte en denkt in oplossingen.
