Dat is de functie als klantenservice medewerker 14070 bij de gemeente Den Haag. Als klantenservice medewerker 14070 ben je hét telefonische aanspreekpunt voor inwoners, ondernemers en bezoekers van Den Haag. De eerste 3 weken volg je een betaalde training op de afdeling waar je uiteindelijk gaat werken. De training begint op 23 november 2026. Tijdens de trainingsweken ben je 32 uur (van 10:00 tot 17:00) van maandag t/m vrijdag aanwezig. wat bieden wij jou Uurloon tussen de € 19,13 en € 20,51 obv ervaring Een oplopende eindejaarsuitkering van 7,55% Opdracht t/m 23-1-2027 met kans op verlenging Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,10 per km, ook met OV Na de training een 24- tot 36-urige werkweek Draag bij aan de dienstverlening van gemeente wie ben jij Als klantenservice medewerker 14070 beschik je over enkele vaardigheden. Zo ben je communicatief sterk, probleem oplossend en stressbestendig. Ook neem je technisch inzicht mee en is multitasking een van jouw kwaliteiten. Daarnaast beschik je ook over: - minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau; - uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (heel belangrijk); - uitstekende digitale vaardigheden; - ervaring met telefonisch klantcontact (grote pré). wat ga je doen Als klantenservice medewerker 14070 luister je actief, stel je de juiste vragen en geef je duidelijke informatie.
