Medewerker klantenservice De Meern hecht team Start als Medewerker klantenservice in De Meern! Werk samen in een hecht team van 5 collega's en leer het vak on-the-job. Wat ga je doen? Zoek jij een fijne werkomgeving met korte lijnen en toegankelijke collega's? Als Medewerker klantenservice in De Meern kom je terecht in het team Klantcontact, dat bestaat uit vijf gezellige collega's. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de communicatie rondom de aanleg van glasvezel op rolletjes loopt. Je leert het vak in de praktijk van ervaren medior en senior collega's. Als eerste aanspreekpunt beantwoord je klantvragen via e-mail, telefoon, Webex en Office 365. Je adviseert over het gebruik van de glasvezelverbinding en houdt contact met aannemers en opdrachtgevers. Je registreert alle afspraken netjes in Zendesk en Leverstraat, zodat iedereen precies weet wat de status is. Je bent leergierig, vriendelijk en gericht op het behalen van resultaten. Met jouw mbo4-werk- en -denkniveau en uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands maak je makkelijk verbinding met klanten. Geen werkervaring? Geen probleem! Als je strak bent op gemaakte afspraken en graag leert, ondersteunen wij je bij elke stap. Je woont in de omgeving van De Meern en zoekt een functie voor 24 tot 40 uur per week. Je werkt in een informele cultuur waar we samen successen vieren. We werken zoveel mogelijk samen op onze locatie in De Meern. Vanaf 32 uur per week bieden we de mogelijkheid om één tot twee dagen per week vanuit huis te werken. Wat wij bieden - Een hecht en betrokken team van vijf collega's (twee juniors, twee mediors en één senior) in De Meern; - Een goed bruto maandsalaris van € 2.800,- tot € 3.150,- op basis van 40 uur (ongeveer € 16,15 tot € 18,17 bruto per uur); - Veel ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en doorgroei naar Medior of Senior; - Mogelijkheid om vanaf 32 uur per week één tot twee dagen vanuit huis te werken; - Flexibel dienstverband voor 24 tot 40 uur pe...
