Parttime medewerker klantenservice in Alkmaar Start als medewerker klantenservice in Alkmaar, help klanten met financiële vragen, plan afspraken in en ontwikkel jezelf met trainingen en Wft. Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker klantenservice in Alkmaar ben je het aanspreekpunt voor bestaande klanten. Je bespreekt hun financiële situatie, beantwoordt vragen over onder andere hypotheken en verzekeringen en bepaalt welke ondersteuning zij nodig hebben. Vervolgens plan je een afspraak in met een gespecialiseerde adviseur. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Je staat bestaande klanten telefonisch te woord; - Je bespreekt financiële producten en mogelijkheden; - Je inventariseert de wensen en situatie van klanten; - Je plant adviesgesprekken met gespecialiseerde adviseurs; - Je zorgt voor een goede en professionele klantbeleving; - Je helpt klanten verder met hun financiële vragen. Geen koude acquisitie: je hebt uitsluitend contact met bestaande klanten en richt je op het beantwoorden van hun vragen en het doorverwijzen naar de juiste adviseur. Werktijden en locatie Je werkt 12 tot 32 uur per week in Alkmaar. De werktijden zijn flexibel en vallen van maandag tot en met vrijdag, zowel overdag als in de avond. Wat wij bieden - Een bruto uurloon van €12,25 tot €19,50, afhankelijk van je ervaring; - Een flexibele werkweek van 12 tot 32 uur; - Werktijden van maandag tot en met vrijdag, zowel overdag als in de avond; - Uitgebreide trainingen om je goed voor te bereiden op de functie; - De mogelijkheid om Wft-certificaten te behalen; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting bijvoorbeeld supervisor of financieel adviseur; - Een informele werkomgeving met een hecht team; - Bedrijfsuitjes en vrijdagmiddagborrels.
