Functieomschrijving Ben jij iemand die energie krijgt van mensen helpen en graag het verschil maakt? In deze rol ben jij het vriendelijke gezicht achter de BENU‑webshop. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de vragen van klanten over hun bestelling worden beantwoordt. Via de telefoon help je klanten met hun vragen. Deze vragen zet je uit bij verschillende afdelingen, de antwoorden koppel je terug aan de klanten. Je zorgt dat de klant zich gehoord voelt en dat diens probleem wordt opgelost. In deze functie combineer je klantvriendelijkheid, probleemoplossend vermogen en een flinke dosis servicegerichtheid. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat elke klant met een glimlach verder kan. Je werkt op vrijdagmiddag, van 12:30 tot 17:00. Het inwerken gebeurt op dinsdagen en donderdagen op kantoor, daarna heb je de vrijheid om te kiezen waar je werkt; op kantoor of thuis, jij bepaalt! Je werkt 4,5 uur per week. Tijdens vakantie van andere medewerkers kun je meer uren maken.
