Als klantenservice medewerker sta jij direct in contact met reisagenten. Jij biedt hen de beste service en helpt hen de klanten tevreden te houden. De reisagenten hebben veel kennis over de reiswereld en samen met hen zoek jij naar de meest geschikte oplossing. De communicatie met de reisagenten gaat via verschillende communicatiekanalen, denk hierbij aan telefoon, email en chat. Naast het beantwoorden van vragen van reisagenten, assisteer jij de website voor de reisagenten en houd jij jouw kennis up to date. Cygnific werkt volgens het Lean Six Sigma. Daarom is het belangrijk dat jij proactief meedenkt over het verbeteren van het werkproces. Naast het feit dat jij vraagbaak bent voor reisagenten en meedenkt over procesverbetering, is het verwerken van reserveringsaanvragen en het stimuleren van salesactiviteiten (up-selling/cross-selling/klanttevredenheid) een extra taak die jij graag oppakt. WIE BEN JIJ? Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar iemand die: -MBO werk- en denkniveau; -uitstekende Engels en Duits communicatieve vaardigheden (near-native niveau); -computersystemen snel eigen kan maken; -zowel samen kan werken als zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheden kan oppakken; -op creatieve wijze nieuwe ideeën kan bedenken om de service te verbeteren; -empathisch en servicegericht is, iemand die net iets meer moeite wil doen voor een klant dan anderen; -ervaring of affiniteit met callcenter en reis- of vliegbranche; -het leuk vindt om met professionals te werken in de reisbranche.
