Binnen onze chemische opslag- en distributielocatie vervul je een centrale spilfunctie. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen de wensen van internationale accounts en de dagelijkse praktijk op de werkvloer. Samen met vier directe collega's vorm je de customer service-afdeling, en met het magazijn- en planningsteam erbij werk je in een collegiale, open groep van zo'n 15 tot 20 mensen. Doordat onze klantenkring groeit, krijg je volop de mogelijkheid om werkprocessen te optimaliseren en mee te bouwen aan de servicekwaliteit. Wat worden jouw taken? - Invoeren en opvolgen van bestellingen, retourstromen en voorraadgegevens; - Actief bewaken van voorraden en oplossen van eventuele afwijkingen; - Tijdig signaleren en afhandelen van knelpunten tijdens het transportproces; - Verwerken, uitzetten en terugkoppelen van klantvragen binnen de organisatie; - Vertalen van specifieke klantafspraken naar concrete instructies voor de operatie; - Onderhouden van duurzame, servicegerichte relaties met diverse contactpersonen. Wie ben jij Je bent een gedreven en stressbestendige professional met MBO denk- en werkniveau die overzicht houdt in een hectische omgeving. Dankzij jouw commerciële inzicht en nauwkeurige werkwijze weet je complexe vragen snel om te zetten in passende oplossingen. Je communiceert helder en prettig, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels (Frans is een mooie pre). Je neemt graag initiatief, werkt secuur en voelt je snel thuis binnen een hecht team.
