Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Over de functie Als Medewerker Klantenservice speel je een belangrijke rol binnen onze operationele afdeling. Samen met je collega's van Planning en Zendingadministratie zorg je ervoor dat onze 24-uursdistributie iedere dag soepel verloopt. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, chauffeurs en transportpartners. Je houdt de voortgang van zendingen nauwlettend in de gaten, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat deze snel en zorgvuldig worden opgelost. Dankzij jouw inzet ontvangen onze klanten de service die zij van ons mogen verwachten. Wat ga je doen? - Je bewaakt de voortgang en aflevering van zendingen. - Je signaleert onregelmatigheden en zorgt voor een snelle, passende oplossing. - Je onderhoudt dagelijks telefonisch en per e-mail contact met klanten, chauffeurs en transportpartners. - Je verwerkt en controleert zendinggegevens zorgvuldig in onze systemen. - Je ondersteunt de afdeling Planning bij de dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden. - Je stelt kwaliteitsrapportages op en denkt mee over verbeteringen in onze dienstverlening. Wie ben jij? Je houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Je werkt nauwkeurig, blijft rustig als het druk is en vindt het leuk om met verschillende mensen te schakelen.
