Organisatie Je komt te werken bij een online woonwinkel gespecialiseerd in meubels, woonaccessoires en cadeaus in uiteenlopende stijlen. Het bedrijf is in 2016 gestart als een klein idee en uitgegroeid tot een uitgebreide webshop met meer dan 3.000 producten en duizenden tevreden klanten. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door een informele sfeer, een hecht teamgevoel en een passie voor e-commerce. Er wordt veel waarde gehecht aan de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in online retail en continu verbeteren. Je werkt in een klein, betrokken team waar je direct impact hebt en waar jouw input echt telt. Functie Als Medewerker Klantenservice ben jij het cruciale visitekaartje voor zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten (B2C en B2B). Je bent direct verantwoordelijk voor de vlekkeloze indruk die klanten van het bedrijf krijgen. Je verwerkt alle klantcontacten en acties correct en nauwkeurig in het systeem en streeft ernaar van elk contact een positieve en waardevolle ervaring te maken. Je krijgt veel vrijheid met daartegenover grote verantwoordelijkheid, maar je wordt goed ingewerkt en niet voor de leeuwen gegooid!
